The academic year is from May to March in three terms.  While the school authorities strive for excellence in performance.  It is expected that the child under the guidance of parent will try to utilize the opportunities to maximum benefit by regular attendance, adequate care in school activities and sufficient co-operation with the school regulations.  Percentage of attendance as prescribed by the school is compulsory.  Examinations and test papers are to be strictly attended.

Students will not be allowed to sit in the class with out proper and complete uniform including  school bag and identity card.

The hours of instruction will be from 8.30 a.m to 3.30 p.m.   Students should reach the school by 8.25 a.m with neatly washed and ironed uniforms neatly dressed and combed hair and polished shoes.

Late comers will not be allowed to attend the class.  In case of absence, leave letter signed by the parent has to be submitted

students are expected to maintain a very high order or discipline.  Indecent behavior is sufficient reason for expulsion from the school.

The school premises and  properties should be handled with maximum  care and everything should be done to preserve the cleanliness of the building and the furniture.  Any misconduct on the part of the students inside or outside the school premises is punishable.

Children should not wear or carry ornaments and costly articles to school.  The school will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

Student who  fail two consecutive years in a class will be removed from rolls.  Malpractices conducted during the examination is sufficient reason for the suspension or dismissal of the student according to the discretion of the school authorities.
